Forget the flip-flops, not the resume
I’ve been to many of these job fairs over the years, and I’m always amazed how many people don’t come prepared. They walk in wearing sweats and flip-flops, and leave their resumes at home. Trust me, prospective employers notice and they do sometimes hire on-the-spot. Here’s some good advice for dressing for job fairs. Good luck.
