It’s Official: Oklahoma Has Never Been Colder!

I know, I know. It’s freezing this morning in Oklahoma. 11 below zero in Tulsa. 28 below less than an hour north in Bartlesville, which is the coldest recorded temperature ever in Oklahoma. (Update: Nowato, OK had -31 this morning. Tulsa officially recorded -12!) That’s not cold. That’s ridiculous. I took two pictures this morning, one out my back door, the other out the station’s back door. They’re beautiful, but don’t really show just how cold it is. However, the screen shot from my iPhone tells the real story.

Alright, I added a little commentary to this screen shot. It may have been -11 this morning, but look what happens next week. Let’s open the pool!
