Nooz Bits

“You’re so vain, you probably think this song is about you
You’re so vain, I’ll bet you think this song is about you
Don’t you? Don’t you?”

If you’re old enough I’m sure you’re familiar with the lyrics of the Carly Simon song.

For decades Simon’s  been tight-lipped about who she’s referring to.  Lots of speculation though over the years.  Was it Mick Jagger? Cat Stevens? Warren Beatty? Kris Kristofferson?

Well, the mystery may  finally be solved.  Apparently, it’s none of the above guys.    Check out this article.

Couple animal related stories.  You may know I struggle at times with my relationship with my three dogs.  I can’t imagine having to control the tallest dog in the world.

And I’ve done lots of promo shoots with the Tulsa Drillers’ mascot Hornsby over the years.  And watched him “work” the crowd during the baseball season, usually in sweltering heat.  Gotta be a thousand degrees in that costume.  Want the job?  It’s open.  They’re looking for a new person to play the part.  Good luck.

I’m  going to the movies tonight and watch “Shutter Island”.  I’ll let you know what I think. UPDATE:  We didn’t go to the movies Friday night.  One of our boys had a party at home, which changed our plans…. again.

That’s all for now.

  1. Wow! It must be so challenging to have three dogs. I admire you for having done that well. I don’t know if I can do that. I will need patience and so much time to teach them. I know that the rewards of fulfillment are great though!

  2. I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the
structure of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images.
Maybe you could space it out better?

  3. What’s up every one, here every one is sharing these kinds of experience, therefore it’s nice
to read this weblog, and I used to pay a visit this website daily.
